The following terms and conditions govern all use of the greenleafassurance.com or ethicalfreelancers.net services and all content, services and products available at or through the email (taken together, the “GreenLeaf Assurance”). The Services is owned and operated by Greenleaf Assurance (the “Company”). The "GreenLeaf Assurance" is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the "Greenleaf Assurance " (taken together, the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the "Greenleaf Assurance". By accessing or using any part of the "Greenleaf Assurance ", you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Greenleaf Assurance  or Ethical Freelancers Service or use any services. The Greenleaf Assurance  is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

• You agree that the Company, and any parents, subsidiaries, officers, employees or third-party contractors cannot be held responsible for any third-party claim, demand or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of this services..

• We reserve the right to terminate this service agreement without obligation to the requester, buyer and service Providers. 

• As we deal with all transactions with the respective companies, you do not need to pay our agents any extra fees or any amount for these services.

• If a cash payment is required, a valid invoice for the same will be provided by us before we offer our services.

• As we do not take or give cash advances, be sure to report any such requests or anything to us promptly.

• Note that we only accept transactions made through bank accounts or checks only. (No cash transaction accepted under any given circumstances)

• Our 24-hour service is unique to us. But our office hours are from 8 am to 6 pm, depending on the country we are dealing with.

• Although we always prefer to deal only with our domains, we may use telephone services and other service providers' software apps from time to time. We are not responsible for damage to any party(ies) due to those service providers' software malfunctioning.

• As we never enter or meet any entity management without prior consent, we are not responsible for deception by fictitious individuals or entities.

• We can solve problems whenever you have concerns by sending an email to our Information email (info@greenleafassurance.com)

• Within the limits of applicable law, the Company reserves the right to review and change this Agreement at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Continued use and browsing of the Website after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
