We are seeking a dedicated Factory Compliance Executive to oversee social compliance, health & safety standards, and security protocols for a metal frame manufacturing facility in Vietnam. This role ensures adherence to international buyer standards, local regulations, and ethical manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular internal compliance audits covering labour practices, health & safety, environmental standards, and ethics
  • Develop and implement social compliance programs aligned with RBA, SMETA, BSCI, and buyer-specific requirements
  • Establish and maintain security protocols for facility access, asset protection, and personnel safety
  • Coordinate with production teams to integrate compliance standards into daily operations
  • Prepare for and support third-party audits (RBA, customer audits, certification bodies)
  • Conduct worker interviews, grievance handling, and training on workplace rights and safety procedures
  • Monitor corrective action plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance documentation, records, and reporting systems
  • Liaise with local authorities regarding permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, industrial engineering, business management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in factory compliance, social auditing, or HSE management (metal fabrication/manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of RBA Code of Conduct, SMETA, SA8000, or ISO 45001 standards
  • Understanding of Vietnamese labour law, health & safety regulations, and environmental compliance
  • Experience with security management systems and facility access control protocols
  • Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with compliance management software a plus
  • Willingness to work in an industrial manufacturing environment with regular floor presence
