Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Greenleaf Assurance, we are committed to delivering our services with integrity, fairness, and transparency. This policy defines when clients may request a refund or cancellation of our advisory, audit support, training, or inspection services.

1. Eligibility for refund

Clients may request a refund within 30 days of service confirmation, provided that:

  • The service has not yet been delivered, initiated, or irrevocably scheduled.
  • The request is submitted in writing with a clear reason consistent with the service agreement.

2. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Express booking fees or rush service charges.
  • Audits, inspections, or advisory/training hours already delivered.
  • Customized or client-specific services executed or committed via partners.
  • Discounted or bundled service packages once initiated.

3. Refund process

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@greenleafassurance.com.

  • We will acknowledge requests within 3 business days.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

4. Service discrepancies

If a delivered service does not align with the agreed scope, notify us immediately. We will investigate and resolve valid concerns within a reasonable timeframe, either through correction, adjustment, or alternative resolution.

5. Exchanges or adjustments

Direct exchanges are not offered. However, where issues arise from our side, we may agree with the client to adjust delivery or credit future services as a resolution.
