We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support audit, training, and compliance service delivery across our Southeast Asia network. This role bridges communication between clients, partner auditors, and internal teams to ensure smooth planning, execution, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Coordinate scheduling of audits, training, and project deliverables with clients and partner teams
Track progress against timelines, milestones, and reporting requirements
Prepare project documentation, summaries, and follow-up communications
Support internal systems for resource allocation, data collection, and service quality monitoring
Assist with logistics and communication for regional auditors and consultants

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or client service (compliance/audit preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Khmer a strong advantage)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools a plus
