We are seeking an experienced RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Auditor to join through our partner network in Malaysia. This full-time role involves conducting independent social compliance audits at manufacturing and supply chain sites, aligned with the RBA Code of Conduct and buyer requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct RBA Code of Conduct audits (labour, health & safety, environment, ethics, and management systems)
Engage with factory management and worker representatives during onsite visits
Prepare clear, evidence-based audit reports with findings and corrective action recommendations
Collaborate with partner teams to ensure consistency and integrity of audit delivery

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional auditing or compliance experience (RBA/SA8000/SMETA preferred)
Formal RBA APSCA auditor qualification (or in progress)
Strong understanding of Southeast Asian labour and environmental regulations
Excellent report writing and communication skills in English (Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia a plus)
Willingness to travel within Malaysia and across the region for assignments
