Lead high-impact social compliance audits across supply chains. Provide clear findings, actionable recommendations, and support factories and brands in achieving sustainable compliance.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute social compliance audits (SMETA, RBA, SCAN, SLCP, etc.)
Prepare clear audit reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders
Coach and guide junior auditors during assignments
Engage directly with factory management to drive corrective actions
Maintain professional independence while delivering client value
Requirements
5+ years of experience in social compliance or ethical auditing
Strong knowledge of SMETA, RBA, WRAP, BSCI, or equivalent frameworks
Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills
